Problem solved!!!! Ended up being wires pinched under a bolt inside the pan! Thank God

Hello all I am new here and I am hoping someone can help. I have a 2003 legacy with the 2.5 sohc that just recently had new head gaskets and timing belt done. After putting it back together and starting it it has a flashing A/T temp light and has no pauses in it, it is just constant. I've cleaned the grounds I can find and don't know where else to look. It was hooked to a scan tool and came up with a p1499 code which I've never heard of before. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you
