That's a pricey wheel for sure but whenever I see a steering wheel discussion, I like to reference this clip. Granted it's a legit eBay knockoff, but I think it still holds up.

A couple weeks ago I installed a RSB with the AVO brackets and a LW Crank pulley. It just feels much better now. The RSB makes it much less floaty and more responsive in turns. The LWC was part of a bundle with the RSB's. Had one on my GM6 before the swap and didn't have any issues. It feels a bit smoother on light acceleration and the way I see it is I'm not revving it to red line and it'll most likely only see 2-4k RPM 99% of the time. Picked up light bar and skid plate to install next.

Make me feel better and tell me that this color wasn't an option for the Legacy Outback, because I would'v waited to find one in this color instead. lol

^ Do you mean the Square-Shaped Remote/Key Combo?
If so, I haven't found a Flip Case that fits it's Transmitter Module.
Also, I haven't found a Flip Case, with the Right Key Blade for an 07 LGT.
When I asked the vendor, for a different Blade, they sent one that fits the 07 LGT, but doesn't, fit the Flip Case
If anyone knows where to get a Flip-Case w/ 07 Blade, it would be appreciated.
I already have the 10 Transmitter-Module and Cloned-Transponder ready to go into it.
Yea, the square one. That makes sense since I couldn't find one myself either.

Everything seems like it’s tighter on the right side even though I trimmed a bit for the hazard button.
I think I’ll trim under the HVAC since the plastic areas for the shifter line up under the HVAC in a certain way
Ah, I haven't installed mine yet so I can't confirm for sure for you. I'm looking for a good deal on a double din for now.

The red side mirrors is a nice touch. I was contemplating on getting a pair of red ones for mine before for upgrading to the ones with turn signals.

Interesting build. Different for sure!

Do the stock exhausts from the GR+ WRX's fit on the Outback's?

Update: You know that moment when you say your not going to mod your daily? Ummm... [/img]
Same boat! Got an Outback to be my daily. Already put a good bit of money in it. Got a brush bar to install soon!
Keep up the good work!

Might be ghetto, but I've done it before in my other car. Weather stripping works ok, especially in a tighter spot like that.

Anyone know if this would still work with the 08/09 key fob even with the buttons in a different order?
-
Probably not. You'll need the air controls.
I haven't taken mine apart yet, but is it not possible to transfer the old air controls to it?

Anyone have any experience with this blank face plate instead of the OE JDM panel?
What did you do to your Outback today? V3

Finally got around to installing my skid plate and light bar. Over engineered it a bit.
- Put nutserts on where the light bar mounts onto the bumper.
- Cut pieces off the old "skid plate" to make the little side splash guards.
- Made a bracket for the license plate to hang a little lower so it wouldn't be a pain to remove.
So much for a daily lol
