Welp, turns out that Carvana are a bunch of crooks and I didn't get the car. called me 2 hours before delivery and said there was a delay and it would be here Sunday (today) fast forward to 4pm yesterday 3 hours after delivery window - I get another call stipulating that the car can't be found and the estimate is 20+ days. I cancel the purchase and they say I still owe them the $299 delivery fee. This is from the local Carvana office mind you, so I call HQ. everything is canceled and I got my 299 back. it was a big disappointment because I want this new "system" to work great. :-(

This is my first post because... I just bought the whole car! woo!
