Anyone know the torque specs in lb/ft for the Brake Caliper Bolts and the Wheel Lug Nuts?

Yep, I actually do notice a sort of pulsing, normally when braking at high speeds. I'm gonna take the wheel off tomorrow and have a look, I have to do an oil change soon anyway, (decided I'm gonna start doing those myself) if it comes down to it, I'll do the front brakes along with it. Was pricing it out, I can do front AND rear brakes (only doing front for now though) including the stuff needed for an oil change, for probably half of what it would probably cost to get just the front brakes done at a shop. The savings alone is enough for me to want to start doing this stuff myself.

The squeak also seems to change pitch when I turn the wheel

Yeah I was gonna attempt the repair myself. I'm 19 and this is my first car, so I'm pretty new at this. Only other repair I've done is spark plugs on this car. I've seen some YouTube videos and it seems pretty straightforward, if I take off the wheel, what exactly am I looking for on the pads? Also does that squeak noise sound like the brakes to you? It seems to stop when I press the brake than start again when I let off. I also don't hear it all the time, only occasionally. But logic tells me it'll only get worse, so I'd rather nip it now

When I'm driving, I hear this squeaking noise coming from the front end. But when I press the brake, it stops? This sound like worn out pads? Also, what's the best way to find out for sure before replacing them

Yep that was my thought. Just recreated it on my drive home tonight in the exact same situation. Gonna add that to my list of things not to do...

Hmm, the sound I heard sounds like some type of safety or warning feature, just one I've never heard before in the year and a half I've owned the car. The fact that it was in 3rd when I gunned it and the RPMs got up to about 5500, I think it was something telling me like, "Hey, look at what you're doing and correct it!" I tried recreating it but couldn't. So I honestly have no clue. I don't believe there's anything wrong with the car, but it just sparked my curiosity. And the fact no one else on the internet has seemed to report this, it makes it even weirder

Nope, lower pitched and different sound. Also I don't believe the car would make that sound in motion

Hmm, it didn't sound like anything mechanical, it sounded like it was electronic. Like some type of warning noise from the dash. Wasn't ear piercing, but it wasn't soft either... I tried to recreate it but couldn't.

Driving home tonight, trying to get on the highway, someone was coming so I yielded, came to nearly a stop, then quickly punched it as soon as that guy went by, shifted down one with my paddle shifter from 4th to 3rd to accelerate quicker, and all of a sudden when I hit the gas hard, I heard this quick electronic sounding, "boop boop" coming from dash area, no lights on dash flashed, nothing else happened just that sound. Any ideas what that was? Searched everywhere can't seem to find anything on it...
