  1. I checked the ports on the manifold where the valve mounts to, yes appear to be clear, how-ever when I insert a pipe cleaner brush, the brush can be inserted with ease on the top port, the bottom port, this one puzzles me, it appears to be a "dead-end", I cannot get the brush to go in more than an inch. Power to the solenoid - no I have not done that yet, I will figure that out next. With so many "swaps" off/on the valve part moves freely not sticking. Thx
  2. Ever annoying code 400 - EGR valve, first I cleaned it, still have code, I went cheap and replaced it from junk yard victims, 4 times now I've swapped out the solenoid and main casting part. Still throwing code 400, I'm just not convinced the valve and ports are the issue, they are clean. What else in the system can throw the 400 code ? Oh and BTW after a hard rain over night it has trouble starting and real rough until it warms up, then fine ! Any and all suggestions are welcome - Thx
