i bought my 2010 legacy used off of a Ford lot. How do I get subaru to send me that warranty extension paperwork?

my question is, Do you need to receive this letter to be eligible? I purchased my used 2010 Legacy with 81k back in May from a local Ford dealer.

I talked to my buddy at work who has a 2012 2.5i and he has 115k with no issues

well this thread is exactly what I didnt want to see after just picking up a 2010 2.5i with 81k on the clock this month
