I would think that is correct. And if you want the DCCD get a hold of DCCDPRO.
Only other question would be the rear diff ratio......
Everything else should bolt right up I would think
I assume the diff ratio should be the same, since the '07-09 spec. B diff part number is the same as the late MY '07 - 2019 STI rear diff.

I did a lot of reading but not 100% certain. It seems like a +2008 6MT STI transmission should be a direct swap(with exception of DCCD) into a 2007 spec. B. The area around my clutch fork broke and I have to either replace the bell housing or swap in a new transmission:mad:.

Okay, links are below. Proflashrtist should be putting the links on his cover page as well.

Willing to donate.

I resolved by burning the DVD with a different program. Thanks for the response - appreciated!
What program did you use?
I have this issue with a previous copy I burnt.

Shes a beauty...talk about quick shipping from steamspeed...thanks Christian and Sam for taking care of me...im a very happy customer...cant wait to hear her scream now installing STX71 vs STX67
Wait... are you trying out both turbos on your car?
The STX67 and STX71?
Or did you replace the STX67 with the STX71?
Was thinking of picking up the STX67 + but what made you think of trying the 71?

hmm - curious about the VDC. Hopefully someone else who actually knows what they are doing will tackle that piece and I can just copy them.
I'm with you!
I actually looked into the q rack solution back in the day but they didn't recommend it for VDC equipped cars because they couldn't get it to work with VDC.
Time to look into the STI roll connector.

The bar and plate intercooler design, in its entirety not just the endtanks, make them heavy... although the endtanks ARE a part of the extra mass.
With all due respect, an intercooler isn't measured by its ability to absorb heat, it's measured by how efficient it is in reducing the temperature of the input versus its output through air to air transfer.
Okay.
You still need sufficient thermal mass, to sink the heat, to transfer it to the air. Aftermarket intercoolers are usually designed for the heat demands of uprated turbos.
That's my only point.
-
Well, it is difficult to increase heat absorption capacity of similar designed intercoolers, made of the same materials, without a weight increase. I doubt metal end tanks are that big of contributor to overall weight in an all metal TMIC.

No rear vlsd was quite common in the US for LGTs before the bl/bp. It was the weirdest thing because Canada got a vlsd but the US spec LGTs did not. However, Canadians pay a lot more for their LGTs.
Cost cutting..

must be just for that year then cause i had a 02 BE and it had a open rear.
Was your car a GT?
Only the GT versions got the LSD. Of course it could be a Canadian thing.

2000-2004 lgt and 2005+ legacy non-turbo has an open rear diff.
2005-2009 LGThas the viscous rear LSD
2007-2009 spec b/3.0r has the torsen/helical rear diff
All three i list here have the viscous center in the 5/6spd manual boxes.
My 2000 BE LGT came with a rear VLSD.

Bumpity.... Would a 08-09 Legacy take a picture of the DRL module for us???
Thanks

There are no 5x114 hubs that would fit BP/BL Legacy.
Has anyone confirmed if the front '08+ STI hubs won't mount up to our suspension. It looks like it will.
I reeally wish that I could swap over to 5X114.

How is this guy going to stop ? he has no calipers on those magnificent looking brake discs
Pfff.... I thought the answer to that would be obvious.
Rolling resistance!

My mats say spec. B on them.
I knew we payed more for a reason.
