  1. Well Routine Oil Change and Tire Rotation at 91k and Had them check out my Black Tranny Pan.. Well sure enough the Dreaded CVT Leaking Recall Service Bulletin luckily I'm still under warranty.. So either 2 options One is a Quick Gasket Replacement the other is another Access panel Dealer's not Authorized to Open and Repair Leading to a Complete CVT Replacement.. Down Side to that I'm in a loaner for 2 Weeks Depending on Availability.. [emoji30][emoji22][emoji22]

  2. Funny in that most folks debadge their cars and not add badges but to each their own. I have been thinking of putting a TURBO badge on mine with a flame:p

Thanks for sharing what you did to your 6th Gen today.

Badge. And yes he said he can do international shipping. But he is asking too much imo.

Here's the part number from my invoice

  3. As far a needing a tune icewolf I doubt it really changes anything but sound. Cat back I could see needing some but nothing crazy. Course this is my first new car in 10 years lol. Nameless has been making these for years and deny specify us needing one. e55febf88402f43b06445128b57e8ea2.jpg

Do you happen to have video and more pics. I feared that when they finalized this that the gap between the muffler and bumper frame would be there. I wonder if the bumper ring can go back on it to hide the gap.

  4. Did not ask any questions, took the pictures and they submitted for warranty approval by Subaru. I already know the service manager hates my guts from a little incident where he was having a bad day, so hopefully he submits it in an impartial way (or at least, submits it at all) Said it would take a week to get a response.

The body shop manager said, and I quote:

Paint just doesn't hold up anymore like it used to.

A rep from SOA had to come to my dealership to look at my older car and they ended up approving it to get resprayed even though the service manager didn't want to do it. I saw the final bill and it came to about $6300 to get resprayed.

  5. This is really bad after seeing those photos. The best thing to do is to respray it at a body shop or if you feel comfy try to wet sand, clearcoat and polish it yourself. If you live in a climate where rust is bad then get it done sooner than later.
