3 grand difference, do the 5mt, as you still have to add the rest of the stuff like the clutch cylinder, pedal and the rest of the stuff that adds up and then, I'm pretty sure you will find another 6MT or use the STi ones.

I know there is a small difference in the 2005 and then 2005.5 there could be the two part numbers but that is only in the auto

One or the other unless my idea of adding 08-09 paddle shifters somehow works. Might require a new clockspring (where the paddle assembly mounts) but not sure.
