  1. I know you'll need the sensors at each wheel, the control module I think, and the control switch. Definitely doable. Just let me know
  2. I'm not sure about Subarus, but in Dodge Rams with an Infinity audio system, I had to completely bypass the factory amp to get any sound at all and it actually sound better. Maybe it's a similar situation.
  3. I can't help with that, but they do have the auto level motors so they can at least be adjusted down to not blind oncoming traffic. That's what I did when the car got back to the states. Just a temporary fix.
  4. Well that's a USDM front end in the pictures. Derache123 is correct, facelift models have different bumpers/fenders USDM to JDM.
  5. These came with the front end that I bought while in England, I just don't really care for the washers. Seem to be in really good shape. Mount up perfectly. Could use a light wet sand/polish with I can do per your request. These are not modified so will need harness modification to work. Let's say $300 shipped? OBO. Or trade for non-washer JDM facelift headlights. Located in Queen Anne, MD SOLD I got screwed, hard, on these. UPS Sucks.
  6. Four years later and these return to the Forum. Converting to facelift so these are no longer needed. Recently sanded and polished them to look pretty, will need a protective coating or clear wrap otherwise will turn yellow again. High beam and low beam harness modified to plug in to stock harness, DRL and turn signal modified to plug in using a 4-pin trailer harness. Worked great when removed. No clue about the auto-leveling, never bothered to mess with that. Asking $250 shipped. OBO Located in Queen Anne, MD. SOLD Locally
  7. Really good shape. Has car-side pigtails. Bought these in England but really don't care to go through the hassle of wiring them. Let's say SOLD shipped. Located in Queen Anne, MD.
  8. Yeap, apexi beat me to it. I would get a kit like he suggested. Here the same one is on Amazon for a dollar less. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00FADEIF0/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_fabc_0V9G87DNTYS4EGFH3FBS Definitely replace the head bolts with it. As for the machine shop, there is literally no reason to have them port and polish. Just check for flatness and adjust the valve lash, and a good clean.
  9. Damn, well that is unfortunate. I may have to just make my own mount, or contact my parts guy in the UK and see if he can help.
  10. Replacing the pilot bearing might not be a bad idea, either. I just had one go out at about 50k. After 70k on what appears to be a shoddy rebuild, replacing the timing belt, tensioner, idlers, and water pump might also be a good idea. If you can swing it, keeping with OEM Subaru gaskets will be your best bet, especially with the head gaskets, but FelPro will get you by for the others. As far as the misfire, it definitely wouldn't hurt to do a leakdown test, but when you pull the heads off, you should take them to a good machine shop and have them checked for flatness and valve lash adjusted. Just my 2 cents. It's hard to do something right on these cars for cheap...
  11. This actually clears up a lot of confusion for me. lol Thanks!
  12. I was under the impression that Brembos wouldn't even clear the barrels. Considering how tight the clearances are with stock LGT brakes...
  13. Yeah I was able to get the Driver's side on with a fight without removing the safety plate. But the passenger side stumped me and I was getting ready to have to cut the dash supports out. With the center console, did yours come with the bracket to bolt to the sides? Mine unfortunately did not and I'm not sure if the USDM will work.
