Thank you Opie!!!!!! I had the ECM replaced once. This was before the new relay came out. Ever since, I've been waiting for the other shoe to drop. If I understand this, SoA isn't going to send me a letter, Lee Subaru will? I think I might just make an appointment in a few weeks on my own accord

When I put my center console back together after installing my STi STS kit, I had the same problem. Turns out I left a harness unplugged under the shifter surround. I know it sounds dumb, but make sure all of the connecters are snapped back together under there. Hopefully it's that simple
