Impressed with Bloomigton Subaru. Spec B the pace car for every stage of the Nature Valley Bike Race Wed thru Sun this past week. I wonder if it got crushed with the hail downtown Friday night like we did. My kids were making snowballs in June. They had some next big thing blond race car driver gal driving. Forgot her name. Shoulders up - looked good. So anyway, if you are in the market for a spec B - you know where the miles came from. And the worn driver's seat.

There is a very similar color to APB available for the Camry. If my friends in law enforcement want to see my car as a harmless, four cylinder Camry, all the better!

 

It all part of my basic driving philosphy, "Fly low and avoid the radar".

 

So you see, the last thing I need is a color like "Silver Bullet" or "Arrest Me Red" that will attract the "wrong" kind of attention. Don't get me wrong, I think Silver, Red and Black look very good on an Legacy. I just would rather avoid any roadside consultations with those who write tickets...

 

APB helps to make the non-spoilered Legacy GT the second best ultimate sleeper. The best ultimate sleeper is an APB Leggy GT Wagon. Just like the Spanish Inquisition, nobody expects it....

Heading south on Lexington near 36 intersection - 8am, saw a (a'hem - rather mature) woman in a silver lgt sedan heading north. i waved, but she looked at me funny. little old lady from pasadena are you on the board?

 

i am still befuddled at the lack of these cars on the road (but dig it like my old man probably did when he had an alfa in the 70's). haven't spotted you guys yet. i'll keep looking.

 

oh yeah, and today found out the temp gauge can hit -6. had seen -5 on a biz trip to duluth last week. man that momo shifter metal can get cold after a day in this sh*t
