I'm interested in doing this swap myself, however I was wondering if I'd be able to do it partially. I was hoping I can swap all of the parts mentioned but leave the OB driveshaft, 2 shift rods, and the rack and pinion alone. I just had the rack replaced under my extended warranty at the local dealership. I fail to see how those parts would affect the geometry of the suspension, but then again I'm a novice to this stuff. Would this negatively affect my suspension - if so in what way?
