  1. I'm currently lowered on Legacy GT suspension, so whatever front bump stop is up there, is what I have. I've never done anything with the front bump stop before, just swapped the rear over to a Legacy bump stop when installing the Legacy suspension. Edit: forgot to mention, these are pre-assembled. Plug n play, so I don't have to do the cut-a-strut job.
  2. I'm installing my Konis/H&R in a couple weeks, and trying to get an idea of what size tire and wheel combo I can run, without getting too crazy on the fender work. My plan is to run an 18x8.5 +35 wheel with either a 245 45 18, or a 235 45 18.The front struts have the Whiteline adjustable top hats, so I can probably dial in a little camber if need be. I think the H&R's give roughly the same drop as Tein's, about 1.3"-1.5" front and rear. Any ideas, thoughts, opinions? Futureficus's setup is exactly what I'm hoping for, but he's on LGT suspension, so he's a tad higher. I was thinking about putting stock Legacy springs on the Konis, and just selling the H&R's, but after talking with some members, I maybe warming up to the H&R's.
  3. Maybe these. http://legacygt.com/forums/showthread.php/ma-h-r-springs-only-252818.html
  4. Anybody ever look into the Slimline Weathershields?
  5. I should've clarified, these are coming out of a Legacy GT because the owner is selling the vehicle, and wants to de-mod it prior to sale. They are plug & play, ready to go. 1K miles on the setup. I know some people have liked this setup on their Legacy GT wagon, but I'm not finding too many people running this on their Outback. Nonetheless, it should be a huge improvement from my Legacy suspension with 100K on it.
  6. Anybody here running the Koni sport kit on their 05-09 Outback? I currently have the Legacy suspension in my Outback, but it's got about 100K on it. I have the opportunity to purchase the full plug and play sport kit that Infamous was selling a while back. Just looking for opinions. Thanks.
  7. Test fitting 25mm spacers: http://i.imgur.com/Zipacjg.jpg?1 How long have you been running the spacers? Any issues of any kind?
  8. Any rubbing issues with the Tribeca front sway bar, and a +48 offset wheel? Some people have said that they have rubbing while at full lock.
  9. Installed them last night. Once the first one was on, the 2nd visor was a quick job. Small tip, locate the mounting holes on the inside of the visor, and mark the locations on the top side of the visor with something. I used a red dry erase marker. Then I lined the visor up, attached with the double sided tape, then added the mounting clips into the rail, based on the red marker spots. After that, simply wipe the dry erase marker away with a cloth. You may have to bend the clips a bit, so that stay in the rail securely. There really is no way to mount these incorrectly, as the visor is the same shape as the molding that's above the window. The hardest part of the install was reattaching the weather striping.
  10. Just placed my order as well. Site still showing 4. Fingers crossed.
  11. Did they actually charge your credit card, then cancel the order, and refund your card?
  12. Do these visors allow you to have the window fully rolled up, and still close the door?
  13. Hmmmm, ok. I was actually going to ask if you were concerned about snow getting up into the engine bay, now that you trimmed out a good portion of the black plastic under carriage protector, but then I saw that you are in SoCal. I need to do the same trim job, but that's my only concern, here in Minnesnowta.
  14. Newbie question here..... How do you use the fender roller on an AWD car? Don't you need the hub to spin freely?
  15. : Uh oh, maybe some +20 aggressive offset crazy fat lipped wheels on a slammed OBXT?
