In preparation for this PA meet, I started sanding, filling, and priming the spats, stakes, duckbill & JDM optional front lip.  Not sure if you can see how bad the scratches were in the front lip but they were pretty deep.  I have about 10hrs into these parts right now, and I will probably have a few more into them since I found a couple of spots that need addressing after laying down the primer.  Everything will be sprayed with a rattle can so not looking for show quality but if I can get it looking good from 2-5ft away I will be very happy with the outcome.

 

denzo aftermarket are definitely not he same as subaru eom . i learn it the hard way with the AF sensor. it is not he same standard  . i never buy  aftermarket again !

the fender are 30 mm at the top , as they reduce to blend  to align oem design . i m wider cause i need to extend the bumper . from what i saw s402 frenders align with bumber .  also on composite fenders you can completely remove the inner edge , what people roll on the metal one , so you can go very close in wheels setup .

the vent i m looking to integrate , 

winter was good , but i think the fun is finish , smell like spring !

i had no choice to make the fenders if i want one of this days install my new front ! there is a chance i  do a design/trap to challenge the  s402 guys !  extension is 25 mm a least . 

also i molded your parts  , need finition , have been busy but will try to finish this month .

im sure this can be adjusted , but i have no knowledge of the install for this airbox . i see other succeed on the install . from what i see the air box is sitting higher since you had to cut the top plate to clear the rod mounting on the fender . all other i saw are under this mounting and are parallel with the abs cover .

i never realized  because nobody had problem before but the snorkel could be trimmed different by myself when it is for the cobb ait bob . unfortunately i dont have this air box to test fit

filter are gone . but the sensor was faulty , it s was stuck in high position !

i changed the  Intake AVCS Solenoid ( Oil Control Valve )

i never updated but i found my misfire . it was tricky cause i had only code misfire 302 304 ,  in fact it was the acvs malfunction , but this have is own code , i guess until is really dead no code . 

the car is running great now and it s doing what it suppose to do in the snow !

i m located in Montreal .  i have the intention of make a hood it will be with the sti scoop .  the problem is price and shiping cost . to explain to peoples , i do not have a website for my business cause i have a network of client and have already too much work .i did  legacy parts  cause i have the car and was happy to share it with  peoples here on the forum . if you want to orders parts you let me know what you want and i will make it and you only pay when is ready to ship .
