  1. Yeah, I think that's a big part of the problem. I did not realize the 5th gen one was under their general 5th gen stuff. I just figured photo challenge goes under photo forum... Maybe I'll make a post linking to this. Thanks.

  3. Meh.. I was trying to give time for someone else to post a pic, but I guess most 6the genners don't care. I'll take a night shot around New Hope tonight. In case there's any confusion, I don't mind if previous generations post pics of their sweet rides.
  4. Yeah, I'm not beating it, but I do like testing limits.
  5. You won't regret the combo! Just take it easy as you get used to it, shouldn't take long I personally took it to the windiest road I knew about in the area I was.. and it performed at least as well as my old awd 3 series.
  6. I used the Kartboy Rear Endlinks Subaru Models (inc. 2008-2015 Subaru WRX / STI) and they were a perfect fit and easy swap. Has anyone installed coilovers yet? I want to, trust me.. just getting funds right. I might bump my whiteline to max setting. I still think it's a great improvement and if anyone is going to upgrade their rsb they might as well spring for the 22mm. I'm not sure if the kartboy endlinks are necessary, but I have no complaints. (A LSD would be nice, though...)
  7. Do you have a mt? I hear Canada gets a 6 speed 2.5. I'm wondering if that transmission can handle a supercharger or a late stage turbo.
  8. Anyone want to trade their 3.6 for my 2.5? Perhaps a Canadian with a three pedal layout..
  9. Sweet.. well if you want that to complete your own challenge you can have it, you just need to set a challenge for others.
  10. Excellent! I feel like the sailboat should net you extra points.. So I guess you get to set the next challenge I wanted UNfrozen water! There's none near me, minus puddles So here's the score for now (I can give myself a point, right?) Kaopealii: 1 Grnlantern1: 1
  11. Well I don't want this to die.. http://i.imgur.com/esfFBQg.jpg So whoever goes next gets a freebie.
  12. Since the 5th Gen thread was getting full, I figured we would make our own. I'll start. http://i.imgur.com/s3BBOL3.jpg http://i.imgur.com/vvOKxaK.jpg I challenge someone to post a picture of their 6th gen near a body of unfrozen water.
  13. Saw a pretty clean white 5th gen lgt w/ hids on i80 northbound in upstate NY. Made eye contact before he exited.. pretty standard highway bromance.
  14. Thanks for the clarification. The bigger sway bar definitely brings the car to a level I am more comfortable driving at. I would recommend it for anyone who has any qualms cornering
  15. So I installed the 22mm whiteline with kartboy endlinks. Handling and grip is much improved and the understeer isn't as prominent. Overall, I like.
  16. I'm definitely interested in this. If you don't get any pics of the empty slot, I'll post some later this month while I'm working on the rear sway bar. I would love to fill my empty slot
  17. I appreciate the advice. I came from a 2004 325xi e46 so I've got some experience with AWD.. and a lot less understeer. I'll take it easy though. I'll have a nice drive home to get used to it.
  18. I ordered these. WHI BSR49XZ Whiteline Rear Sway Bar 22mm Adjustable Subaru Models (inc. 2008-2015 WRX / STI) KAR KB-017-08REAR Kartboy Rear Endlinks Subaru Models (inc. 2008-2015 Subaru WRX / STI) I've never done a sway bar before but it doesn't look overly complicated. I just want to make sure I've got all the right stuff.
  19. Just ordered whiteline 22mms with kartboy endlinks. Anyone have any recommendations? Spacers?
  20. Picked up in Cali in late October. 25% tints all around. 7k HIDs. (I know, I'd prefer lower/whiter). Traded in my 2004 BMW 325xi for this baby. 2.5 w/ moon/nav. http://i.imgur.com/5bLH0Gf.jpg http://i.imgur.com/VYKwjWZ.jpg
