I instant messaged Steve and tried to see if they would be willing to take the down pipe back in exchange for an axle back exhaust which costs less than the down pipe. I was hoping that since they didn't have to refund anything just eat some material and shipping they might be game but the response I got was to please wait until they could do testing. I asked when that might be and got no response.

Seems like if we get the same shop to port them all maybe we could get a deal. Think we should wait to see what happens with nameless and the side by side comparison with the old style dp before we throw more money at it. I'm hoping nameless will do the right thing for all of us.

So this probably should have occurred to me sooner, but since I'm about out of e85, I'm going to refill with 93 and switch maps. Of course, the 93 tune is not as aggressive as my e85 tune, but with the way the car is performing right now, it should be pretty noticeable if the power is back.

Friend of mine with a sti on e85 said he has noticed they have switched to the winter blend here and has noticed his car is running different. Can't remember if you tested that yet.

Hope it's not boost creep. I thought that was the whole advantage of the nameless downpipe was to stop it with the divorced wastegate
