Nope it didn't, Pulling fuse 23 didn't seem to have an effect on anything to my surprise....

I had to just try this to satisfy myself...pulled #23 inside and DRLs still on! I always thought you break the circuit and no power but there must be more to this puzzle.

How do you get the "C" LED lights as running lights...I thought those come on with parking lights?
