Unfortunately they were open. They were blowing cold air just as strong as the left side was blowing heat. I wish it were so simple. Lol

So I bought a 2011 Legacy 2.5i over the weekend with only 67,000 miles. Being that it's freezing outside I had the heat on all the way home but for some reason my right arm was cold. It turned out that while my driver's side vents were blowing hot the passenger side was cold as ice. And that was the same for all settings. I've been reading and think it could be the blend door actuator but if anyone has any advice it'd be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
