Another safety and quick tab install and less distraction when driving. The footwell only lights up when your feet are on brake or when you at the stop light. You can tab into the positive Brake Wire
BROWN / white + brake switch, white 5 pin plug, pin 2
Or tap it to Parking Lights (+) BLACK/ green + dash fuse box, blue 16 pin plug, pin 5 this will turn on when you unlock your car and turn on when your parking light are on, you can also add a switch to turn on/off if needed.
I'll take some pictures when I do this mod again on my 2nd Legacy.

Made the change to the 1st post about the Subispeed replacement LED is a stupid idea.
I thought I removed it a while back, I did a 7440 conversion to 7443 tap the other wire to the 194 park light to get the DRL.
It's a quick easy less than 30minutes trick versus the Fog Light mod.

Hi,
I have a 5th gen legacy with halogen projector (2010). I saw your reply in another post stating that the RX330 non-AFS and RX350 non-AFS is drop-in (with dremel to fit the solenoid). I contacted TRS and they said that the non-AFS do not fit the housing. I am very confused. Would you be able to help clarify? Thanks!
Well the 5th gen totally a different headlight housing you can't really reference it from this thread.
From this point on I'm set on have bi-xenons on every car lol.Yeah dual projectors would be just overkill, not to mention it doesn't look right having a projector mounted in our high beam location. At this point I don't even need my Hellas but I still plan on using them just because I can:lol:
I went with 4300k because of that, the whiter light creates too much glare in inclement weather. Plus I prefer the OEM look.
Yea, once you go RX350 bi-xenon it's hard to go back. I did a quad retro on spare parts I have on hand after this project on my daily SUV. MH1 + Maxima Black Series run 35w on them, so dim, boost it up to 55w. Still not as bright and wide as my RX350 retro at 35w.
Pretty cool using the box as an oven also. Did you leave the flaps open or close them with the heat gun inside the box? Love the blue color!I didn't leave the heat gun in the box, I try to use my hand hold the flap in place and hold the heat gun move it around pointing at the opening of the box not pointing at any part of the headlight will melt it within seconds. So you'll have to keep moving the heat gun around to get the inside of the box to heat up evenly.

Is that the carbide gray? They said they changed the suspension on the '16. I wonder how differently it rides from the '15.
I replaced my 15' 2.5i Ltd #22 with 16' 2.5i Ltd #23. It was noticeably different just like you did a RSB upgrade. I didn't feel like I had to install my RSB until 2wks later.

Nice work im2c0ol!!!
I hope your car didn't get dirty taking this photo
I hate white and the lack of trunk handle that you can use to close it.
Car gets dirty few hour after a wash, almost doesn't want to wash it at all.

The same way you operate the C Led.
I don't ever use automode, it a bit lagging for me. So i turn it on and off when its needed. I leave the switch on city light, with the 7443 bulb adaptor you'll need a few crimps and dremel the 7443 bulb holder to fit in the 7440 housing.

My DRL resolution!
7443 switch back, these ACME 800lm led has a little delay. The vleds 500lm doesnt delay and are brighter. I might try DD next.
