*edit ^^^beat me, but yea what he said... thats ground loop noise, you need a ground loop isolator(GLI, thats what everyone is talking about)

bingo.. i just opened the box: blank cd...check instructions (autographed even, beat that ya'll )....check found my jazzy board lost in a sea of foam....check grabbing my parts asap for install... which should be lying around the shop...
