^That looks exactly like the one my dad had! Except I'm pretty sure it did not have any upgraded suspension. It got sold before I was of driving age, for a minivan... cuz my parents decided to have a 4th kid lol

those ramps work great for stock suspension, but after my koni and RCE upgrade, i'll have to look into getting some race ramps

Yea I used to lift and swim regularly... then marriage and parenthood happened and I got really lazy. Wanting to get back into it again and go for a more toned and less bulky frame. The struggle right now is finding the time and the drive to do so. When I was exercising regularly, I also noticed that how you eat can net noticeable results as well. For instance, I ate pretty much the same amount per day, but broke it up into 5 smaller portions vs 3. By just doing that I dropped 5lbs within 2 weeks without changing my workouts or dietary intake and kept it off.

Maybe so, but 30 feels like the new 50 when you have a young child. I'm tired all of the time, I wake up early on weekends, random muscles hurt. I'm forgetting things now.... there was something else I was gonna say..

Was in SoCal over the weekend where it was a good 20°F warmer there than it was in Houston.
