... and noticed my car "come alive" !!!!! I know there's discussion on Stage 2, but just to make sure my feeble mind gets it, Stage 2 requires only an up pipe and down pipe replacement ... correct ???? My only concern is NY State's new inspection policy and the affect Stage 2 might have on inspections (emission in particular). Any input ??? Thx.
