Here you go. The rear sits in a little deeper. The 245/40/17s make them look a whole lot better than the 235/45/17s they came with. I do plan on some spacers for the rear a bit later.

Here's another wrx wheel fitment off of a 2012 wrx. The tires are 245/40/17 Falken Azenis FK-453.

Thanks! I had a hard time deciding on a set of clean wheels. The 2011+ wrx wheels are one of the cleanest oem wheels for the Legacys IMO. Can't beat 17x8s vs oem 17x7s.

Just mounted some proper fitting Falken Azenis FK-453 245/40/17s on 2012 wrx wheels. The Legacy was clean....then came the bird poop and the rain!

Some shots of the new wheels I just got from trading my xxr's. I wanted some 18's and this dude had these wheels for trade. I couldn't pass them up due to the tires that came with them. TSW Willow's in bronze 18x8 +45 225/40/18 Yokohama Advan Neova AD08 I didn't like them at first....but now they're kinda growing on me.

i agree. gr-2's are just a slight (if any) upgrade to stock struts. i'd say go with koni adjustables.

because he will need it! I had the same setup on my legacy gt. it will rub without a fender roll. i had 225/45/17's and it rubbed on harder bumps with my fenders rolled and slightly pulled.

i had a bit of tire rubbing with this setup but nothing a little more fender rolling wouldn't cure. i ended up trading the xxr's and getting some 18x8 +45 bronze tsw willows with almost brand new 225/40/17 advan neova tires.

Some little exterior mods i did yesterday: plasti dipped grille painted the chrome trim on the tail lights

finally cleaned up the car:

^^BTW it looks really clean with the headlight housing painted black and the amber lens removed!

^^I love these wheels! wider tires like a 245/40/17 would look better but you cant go wrong with a clean 5 spoke like this!

I didn't have funds for awesome wheels when I found out my stock wheel was bent. I had to buy some cheap wheels. XXR 530 17x8.25 +35 offset 225/45/17 kumho spt tires swift springs front and rear rolled and slightly pulled fenders

Here is my 08 lgt limited. I haven't had a chance to wash it since I had the new wheels mounted.
