What length header studs did everyone get?

Unfortunately cops won't do anything. Even when handed something like this on a silver platter they'll just file it away and not be bothered. Seen it happen many times on car forums.

Did the guy ever specify what happened? I guess he just spent the money on other things rather than on doing the headlights for customers?

You don't need injectors. You can get an etune for $150 or so if you already have the cobb AP and have a safe tune that way.

Or blown motor club.

Definitely get a custom tune for the bnr turbo. Ots tubes duck even for stock turbo.

Hmm tempted to go for the 18g turbo instead of 16g now. Was set on 16g but been thinking mor and a little better top end would be nice I think.

The tq numbers make the cars seem faster than they really are. Sure you have that tq but very briefly before it dies down to 220 ish or so by redline. HP is what will be key up top and unless the turbo is upgraded it won't be a whole lot unfortunately.

For those that have gone from stage 2 custom tune stock turbo to an evo3 16g turbo is there a night and day difference in power and feel to it? I am currently on a custom e tune from brentuning running 19 psi on the vf46 oem turbo with a downpipe and 3 port ebcs. I had a little shaft play in the stock turbo so looking to replace it. Would the 16g be a big enough difference to be worth it you think? It's my daily and have another car for weekend fun etc but would love some more power in the legacy as well. Will go the 16g route if it does make it a night and day difference as I would like a quick spooling turbo.

Ouch. Sorry to hear! Don't get why people blow the money like that without giving you the parts. Obviously spent all money he got from customers, went broke and then had no way to buy headlights to clear etc. Always get away Scott free too!

Ah ok. Makes sense. I've read a bunch people saying they aren't the evo 3 16g turbos though. Is that completely false?

How come the BNR 16g turbos don't make more power? I thought the evo3 16g turbos made a good bit more powder than the numbers I am seeing from them on this car. From past cars the evo 3's seemed to make about the same power as the 18G turbos pretty much. On this car seems like they are barely getting to 300whp. Is there a reason for that? I'm looking at getting a new turbo shortly and going through lots of research on which one I will be picking. Might have to go with the 18G. Also called for a rebuild cost if I sent in a blown turbo but unfortunately they said they don't do rebuilds anymore. Bummer.
