Here is what I cut, same place as "technicalgarage" cut but I just went with a straight cut. Also I did not need to cut the bottom off the whole mean like showed doing. I am using a spec B bumper and I think he was using the 3.0R so maybe that's the reason for the difference in needed cuts.

Yes it bolted directly on there, I noticed the length difference only when I went to make my cuts as instructed in that previous members post. What bumper are you going to be using?

The beam I used was from an 08 and I found out is shorter by a couple inches and thinner then the one in those pictures which is the one on the 05's. I didnt get exact dimensions but with the 08 beam I only had to make one cut on each end and that was it.

What other JDM suspension stuff? I have some parts right now in Tokyo that are waiting to ship out to the US

So just an FYI for all that are looking to do the JDM swap. Ive seen lots of different "lists" of needed parts, and what USDM parts will work with what JDM. In my personal experience, I put mine together this week, ALL I absolutely needed was the JDM bumper and JDM grill. I shaved the bumper beam and my UDSM headlight brackets worked perfectly with my JDM bumper.

Hello all, just came across this thread, unfortunately Ill be off the saddle for a few months as I have a torn rotator cuff. In related news, one of my buddys is on his way from Denver, CO to Lake Tahoe on his custom Moots. Looks like a super sweet bike.

Thank you I'm holding out for the right grille, Ill be sourcing it myself once I find the one I like. I'm also not wanting to spend $300 bucks for a grille which makes it a little harder.

Met Dave Tuesday evening for my stage 2 Cryotune. Couldn't be more pleased with the results. It was an awesome experience, I've been on a couple other tuning sessions with a friends car and his tuner, I can easily say this was a better experience by far. Dave made me feel like I was tuning it myself, explaining the changes and why they were made, answered any questions I had thoroughly. I look forward to working with Dave as my car set up progresses. Everyone kept asking me what aftermarket exhaust came on the LGT I just bought, kept telling them it was the stock exhaust, everyone was really surprised to see that it really was the stock exhaust... So the other day I had the car on the lift and realized were the rumble was coming from, previous owner installed the Hogzaust!!

I was expecting a chop shop when I found the add, but was disappointed to find out it was legit lol Guy totaled his car and parted the rest out.
