I'm a little late to this post. Yeah, we're in the extreme minority here. It's a sign of the times. I mean even the Corvette is ditching the manual transmission. I too, would prefer a manual or a high-speed 7 or 8 speed automatic over a CVT. I am still getting used to the fake shift points on my CVT. lol.

Kinda bummed that no manual transmission will be offered outside of the WRX / STi.

what are those black panels under your side skirt and rear bumper?

worked for me. i just pre-positioned myself.... left hand with the belt close to the clicker. turned the key to on and commenced "da clicking"... you don't even have to go THAT fast. just could the first couple times in your head ( ONE-ONE THOUSAND) and you'll see it's plenty of time. thanks.

kinda new-ish. bought it brand new. just hit 1400 miles today, had the car since June 26th. 2012 2.5i premium w/ moon roof, 6spd manual, 6 speaker stereo and all weather package. i got my windows tinted, 35% all around. now i'm toying with other mods. my previous car was a 05 Magnum R/T so i'm definitely going through an adjustment period with this car. i love it though.
