    Ive used that gasket. still no bueano. i guess ill try a smaller diameter bolt with a washer and a nut and try that.

    Noise 1 sound like it could be the Blower motor. sometimes things get lodged in there or create noises on its own from constant usage. Noise 2- no idea lol
