  1. Not in the stars for me right now. Most of my money is going into the car.
  2. Dayum !!! You could always have it shipped to my house and I can hide it for you so the Wife doesn't find out?
  3. That bike is sick..... And on my short list. I'm still waiting on my damn free hub to show up. We have had a lot of rain this year so between that and repairs I haven't gotten out much. My wife is ready to kill me:lol:
  4. I have been using Crank Bros for awhile now. I made the transition to clip ins with the mallets and switched to the egg beaters 6-7 years ago. Reliable and rebuildable!
  5. I would pick up some rat traps until you are ready for clipless.
  6. Can you send me your paypal info. I will take the dd kit
  7. Yeah, I'm pretty sure. Gonna have it checked out tomorrow. I haven't been to the shop in awhile so I could stand to say hello to the boys.
  8. I rode Brandywine after work today. It was a good ride but I am having issues with my rear derailleur after replacing the hanger.
  9. I'm not sure what just happened to that park, but they should probably just burn it down now. That kid goes big!
  10. I love the concept and yes, I would not expect less from RedBalls.
  11. I'll just leave this here http://imaginate.redbull.com/videos/riding_film
  12. I agree with what was said above, read the terrain and shift in anticipation of the trail changes ahead. Has anyone here used an eno hub or excentricker bb to convert a bb30 bike to single speed? I am not really interested in having a new wheel built just to change my gearing setup.
  13. Sounds like you have quite the stable! I am down to a two bike house now, well three if you count my old GT vertigo.
  14. I lived out there for a couple of years. Went back last summer for the first time since 2001-2 and got to ride some of the old haunts and a ton of new trails. I think I have some good footage from Dr's Park at home, will post up later.
  15. That sucks man! Do you ever get out to Crested Butte or Gunnison?
  16. Yeah I actually ordered two so I can carry a backup. Fortunately I had a couple of links in my pack. I ended up taping the derailleur to my frame and set it up as a single speed. We were able to finish the ride, about an hour with no other problems. This has me seriously considering going ss.
  17. I ordered a new derailleur hanger this morning after reading this thread, lol. Hopefully I will have everything back together this week. We should ride this Sunday.
  18. I ride at least once a week. We usually do bigger rides on Sunday morning. Been riding these places a lot, The Wissy, French creek, white clay, Fair Hill, and it looks like Brandywine is going to become a heavy hitter because I drive past it on my way to work. During the week, smaller rides we do Marsh creek, Valley Forge, St Peters and there is some single track in Phoenixville where I live. I am currently riding a Salsa Mamasita that I built up a couple of seasons ago. Will post up some pics tonight when I get to my computer. I have heard good thing about your area. We should do a car meet/ ride.
  19. Had them installed. What is everyone doing about rust prevention on the unused portion of the rotor?
  20. I agree the piston bore is larger then the original kit offered 120-11132. The 120-11136 kit I have and the 120-11135 kit you have share the 1.75" piston. http://www.wilwood.com/Calipers/CaliperProd.aspx?itemno=120-11135 http://www.wilwood.com/Calipers/CaliperProd.aspx?itemno=120-11136
  21. I cannot wait to have a solid set of brakes on the OB, my Moms Toyota matrix stops better. Seems to me the only difference between the 120-11135 and 120-11136 is the rotor diameter. What offset are you running, did you need wheel spacers?
  22. Mine should be on by tomorrow. What model number are yours, 120-1136? I ended up needing spacers to clear my Bbs's.
