  1. i don't think it would be the supply hoses since the back and front spray when they are supposed to. in that case the switches would have to be switched also so the improper wiper moves with the spray in the proper place. sounds like someone is playing a joke on them.... a good one:lol:
  2. don't do it in your car.... seriously tho learning to drive stick on a turbo 6 speed isn't the easiest. if you have access to a small suv with a 5 speed and some low down torque that i've found is easiest to teach people on. a little POS toyota or honda will be easy enough too. that way they can rev it way too high the first couple times they take off without launching then hitting the powerband and panicing. i like to start with an explanation of how a clutch works for mechanically inclined folk. for less so i first try teaching them to make the clutch rub without making the car move.... good luck! teaching stick can be very hit or miss i've done it way to many times now and don't think i'll be doing it again till i have a kid edit: if you have access to a small dirt bike that is manual, it is a good stepping stone to drive a manual car.
  3. i like the rims but that chrome has got to go. gloss black would look good. of gold if you want to go for the cholo look hahaha
  4. hahaha no, the satelite service is fine around here its just when your close to cliffs and mountains that you can get a slight interuption. its never that accurate for me anyways it thinks of 50-100 feet to the left alot. but the problem im talking about is different. the thing was just dead, so no music nothing. only place i know without sat service throughout most of the town is Paradox, NY... i always thought that was funny
  5. nav unit is driving me insane. never turned on yesterday on my way to work. then stayed off driving home, to waterbury (25 min) and came on when i was nearly home again. couple the fact that i have no music with the scarfied pavement making my car make horrible vibration noises, and you have one very upset me. already been into the dealer 4 times for the same issue. they've replaced my unit and the power supply. IDK what the hell is going on. anyone else have these type of issues with their navi yet? i need some engineers to look at my problem instead of mechanics, I'm just praying for a recall.
  6. 5'9" 170 probably should be more like 160 but still not killing my pwr
  7. you talking about the ones that were listed on craigslist with the black and blue accents? IDK man it might be a bit of a stretch

  12. Congrats Swane! hahaha S2 you crazy MF phew! dodged a bullet there. this is what scares me about getting a bike. i love motorcycles, always have and always will, but I've seen so many poor drivers out there that its just scary to think I'll be getting hit and not the structure I'm sitting in.
  13. come on Fred no it doesn't. if you were to compare it to Voss on the other hand..... its hard to come close to the pure, unfiltered, Norwegian goodness hahahahaha. I'm not a water snob but damn that stuff is good
  14. ^^you should try sitting in the chevy spark i had as a rental for the last 3 days. thing was minuscule, and the worst cvt transmission I've ever had the displeasure to drive, that's including my go kart.

  18. she'll be able to hold a wrench in no time. now you got yourself a real live project helper. god knows that's what my dad used us for hahaha.
  19. seriously. my mother (teacher) is going to Ireland for 2 weeks. I won't even have a vacation till December! i better get a t-shirt and a nice damn beer mug
  20. Nice and random... really keeping with the thread theme hahahaha.
  21. you wont get the smoothness without paying serious money for a ultra HD 3D printer, and even then it won't be the same. i was saying clear coats of the top of a 3D printed oval to give it a smooth finish, but now that i think about it to give it the real look it is going to need some kind of mold so that the face is uniform.
  22. good luck bud. where do you go? I've always wanted to do some salmon fishing. let me know how much shipping is to get me some freshness ahhahaha.
  23. why not 3D print one then coat it with some clear... IDK.. urithane or something. just spitballing
  24. thats a thought Fred. the shoes won't fly because he only wears boat shoes of one style. but maybe i could find him a funny t shirt or a swimsuit. my dad is his own boss so he doesn't dress up much. i should probably get him some whiskey, at least i know that will get used, but that always pisses off my mom
