spotted a 2006 grp lgt on the palisades pkwy at around 6pm. there was a lot of traffic but i managed to get next to him and then he got behind me. when he put his blinker to exit, i flashed my hazards and he replied by flashing his high's.

Really!! That is my old neighborhood, we still have our apartment on 163 and fort washington ave., that's where i was on sat. i parked on 165th between b-way and fort wash for about 2 hrs that night.
