lowering springs recommendations/suggestions please

I'm new user here, nice to meet you guys!! I am looking for a lowering springs for my 2005 legacy wagon 2.5i I have already upgraded the wheels from 16" to 18", is that okay to only change lowering springs to drop a.1.5"? Thanks a lot!!
