  1. So much for being the only 5th gen GT in NC....

    Welcome!

Man, you weren't kidding. I haven't seen a single 5th gen GT here yet. Plenty of other turbo models out there though, but I've not seen another GT anywhere.

Also, good grief, there are a lot of Subarus in NC. In KS, I used to feel special when I saw another Subaru owner; most of the time you'd get a wave from the other driver (how cute, right). Now I'm lost in a sea of subarus.

  2. As you already said, motion lab and draco, but I read a few not so good reviews...boxer4 racing in asheville seems to get good reviews, but its a bit of a hike.

Sweet! I live in Asheville... I'll have to visit that place someday.

  3. Man that looks sharp and mean. I think if I go RRP I will be looking to plastidip the chrome grille trim. Did you do the same with the window chrome trim, Darksabre?

Thanks! I put a lot of work into it. I would love to get the chrome out of the side trim pieces, but I haven't had the time yet. I also haven't decided if I want to use plasti-dip, or have it covered in dark vinyl.

  4. Did you realize this on your own or by an outside source. The reason for my question is that I was dead set on plasti dipping everything chrome. I told my wife that I was doing this and she immediately disagreed and yelled at me. I actually agree by plasti dipping out RRP may infact take the class out of the car. Its actually a very classy look on this color now that I think about it. I even photoshopped it which didn't come out to good but immediatley agreed with the wife which rarely ever happens when it comes to car stuff. The grill in RRP wouldk be a nice touch. Not sure if the wife agrees here. We shall see......

Here, let me help you with that:
