The SEMA Legacy was build by a shop called "FinishLine Auto Salon & Clear Star Media Group" in NJ. SOA simply gave them a car to work on for SEMA. SOA did not make the car JDM, the shop did. I've actually inquired about it with SOA reps. I offered to buy every JDM bits off that car.

well, there's a JDM how to install thread, you can compare the photos between JDM and USDM bumper beam to see the difference

The shop i went to didn't know how to do it, so didn't went through with it. Sold my JDM rear bumper. And for the front i just got JDM beam

Yep, before every turn I always look over the A pillars to make sure where the curbs are at. You'd get use to it
