Nice work. What were the symptoms? I wonder if that's why my old car gurgled through the dash sometimes.
-
Just found this site, finally about to pull the trigger on the black anzo's, just trying to decide betweek 6k and 8k....
No reason why these wouldn't work on a '13, right?
-
Why are the flanges so wavy?
-
Lowered?
My car was lowered on STi pink springs. Never rubbed.
-
^ No different than a 4th gen GT w/ headers.
-
So how do you like them? Did they make the car faster? Sound?
-
Clean OB
at shift knob
-
All the huge money into building this thing and getting it dyno tuned is too expensive?
-
That would probably be a good starting point for exhaust for my OB too.

Ok, when I start at their home page and search brake parts for 2013 Legacy & OB 3.6R the Cusco brace shows up, not the GS. But this also says RHD only, so... http://www.rallysportdirect.com/Cusco-692-561-A-Brake-Cylinder-Stopper
I was doing the "parts for your car" search from the page the GS brace was on and for some reason it stays on that page.
-
It says "WRX / STI 2008-2014 / Legacy GT VDC 2008-2009". Where did you get the 2010+ Legacy & OB from?
Go select your car year/make/model and it will take you to the STi brace. It did for my '13 Outback too.

This may be old news but Rallysportdirect lists the Grimmspeed MCB for '08+ STi as a fit for 2010+ Legacy and OB.

Just loaded the first Rom from XRT. It already shifts much smoother in auto, and much better torque in manual, auto feels prefect for a nice ride around town and manual feels great for the track. I was scared at first but wow, it was totally worth it. This was just the initial Rom I can't wait till the next update.
Edward is great, he logged into my computer and pretty much did everything, I just sat and watched.
How much is the tune? Are you logging and getting revisions?

You gotta like where this is going.

I though the crank pulley was hell to change on our cars. Did someone figure out an easier way?
-
Nice. On ECS FB page they are saying to do this SC setup the budget would be ~ $10k. That's insane.
-
It shifts too slow, the TC is rubbery and likes to hunt around too much and mine likes to slam into 1st gear when slowing to a stop from time to time which really pisses me off.
-
6MT 3.6R would be dreamy. The 5EAT is the main thing that limits me to liking my OB instead of loving it. Although the ideal trans in this car would probably be a dual clutch auto.
-
More pics, more updates!
-
How much does the kit cost?
-
Probably because the 05-09 photos thread is where all of the action is.
-
They're 2004 STi wheels. The only year they were 5x100

About as meaty as you would want on BBS. 235/45-17
