Thanks! I am keeping the car white, just a different white. The color is picked out but I am going to keep that under wraps for now. Shaving up the bay a bit and spraying that as well. Pretty excited!

I found a complete longblockthat also came with a radiator and some other stuff. I knew checking Craigslist ten times a day would eventually pay off. My friend picked it up for me because it was about 1.5 hours from me, so once I pick it up from him I will have a better idea of what I am working with. The guy who did own it pulled it from a running car so heres to hoping it is still at least close to running condition. Hmmm, so I will need to either find a front subframe, which I imagine will be a nightmare, or I can just leave this thing n/a. Is doing head work something that is even worth the time/money? Just looking to have a little more than the stock 130hp.

YES!!!!!!! Today I found an EJ22 longblock for sale for SUPER cheap AND local. Going to see how it looks and more than likely just rebuild it while its out of the car and easier.

Absolutely. Anything can look clean if done right.
