  1. Just some maintenance and simple upgrade done this last week.

I replaced the front CV, wheel bearing, and replaced the ball joint/endlinks with a Whiteline roll center/bump steer kit.

    Changed out the trans fluid

And, for the first time ever in this car had the interior professionally detailed/cleaned.  What a difference!  We had all the cars done, they needed it even with how "OCD" I consider myself.

In doing the above I found a TINY leak in my stoptech stainless line, so the car is parked until I replace them, bleed and then gp to get it aligned and see what I think about the roll-center kit on this car.  I've only tried it on a GC and with tons of other changes at the same time, so it was difficult to pin point the difference it made.

Euro console got delivered today! Missing the e-brake boot but still the best $200 I've spent on the wagon. Hopefully I can carve out some time between the holidays to get it installed. If anyone is looking for the USDM SpecB 6spd shifter trim let me know as I'll have my for sale in the near future.

Would you mind sharing where this is sourced and/or part numbers?

  3. There is a value that you have to adjust that the dash uses to calculate mpg. The first pass is multiplying it by the percent change in the scalar, then you can fine tune by calculating mpg yourself over a few full-to-empty tanks. Mine still reads 1 or 2 mog high and hasn't bothered me enough to fix...

I've tried finding this in the map and searching the forums, if anyone can point me in the right direction I'd appreciate it.

  4. These last few weeks have been quite busy with my Spec B. While I've had a small bin full of parts waiting on my lazy ass to get them installed, the recent cobb news made me get moving.

    • DW Pump
    • ID1000 Injectors
    • Cobb EBCS
    • AEM Wideband for tuning then removed
    • GS Intake
    • All this on top of the existing built longblock and BNR 18g with supporting inlet/IC/exhaust mods.

Then of course tuned before the ridiculous software changes were made. Still working out some small adjustments and waiting on an upgraded wastegate actuator, but overall I am enjoying the car a lot. I would say I can't wait to dyno it but really, I don't care so much. As long as it drives nicely, has a safe tune and is pulling this strong I'm not so interested in what the number is.

Looking for a clean radiator shroud that would compliment the setup nicely. Pardon the dusty bay, I need to detail it
