Rapport is always worth more, IMO. I've got 13+ years of history on Subaru forums that I wouldn't squander over a sale like this. I would make this right and stop defending the broken leg you're standing on, even if the fine print says otherwise. Edit: It's stuff like this that I look for when I'm considering purchasing on a forum, that would make me lose interest as a buyer.
