i uninstalled and deleted previous drivers, plugged cable in, directed it to your posted drivers, still nothing for lv and rr.... 4800 speed selected...

I can't get this f*cking thing to work. I installed the drivers from ftdi's site. I'm using win 7 64bit, selected 4800 speed in device manager settings. Learning view says ecu ID not found/not supported. RR logger will conenct for 2 sec then d/c then connect then d/c all over again- sounds like the speeds aren't the same, though I changed it from 9600 to 4800(or whatever) and it still won't work.

^yes. I have it in mine, even with a 3.5mm jack connection it sounds cd quality. I would nOt hesitate, still one of my favorite upgrades
