I already worked with TA,I was the first 5th gen he tuned in 2012. Mike is easy to work with and everything went smoothly.
I forgot to mention yesterday he is on my list.

ran into some trouble with my garage/tuner... been depressed. buuut I'm over it,
and now I continue.
Can i run the 2010 stage 2 map, with the dp, until i get a base map from a tuner? if its still avalible. (will keep out of boost and i have a 2012)
who are some tuners you guys recommend? i've looked up cryo and bren so far.

I've been an avid awd car guy because 1 car all year round for Quebec's harsh winters.. the excuse of... "but I use it 365days a year" is getting old for me .... drove a 2010 M5 and ooooooo boy she makes me want to own a second car for winter... yah even though its a 2010.

he got back to me today and basically said, that it would be fruitless to install the injectors/rails/lines, he said that the stock components would be far from being maxxed, he said if I ever go further(sti exhaust cams, engine build) then these components would be great to add, but he says he doesn't need them at this point.

i had some left over from my boost gauge install and wanted to swap it seeing i'm running the racerx charge pipe and it is apparent now. how ever when I went to change it, I noticed the bpv hose was wider.. but it may be just because its old.

anyone know the inner diameter size of the hose that runs from the bpv ?.. is it the same as the vacuum hose for a boost gauge?

mine was the same... this is a pic if the side skirt right behind the front drivers wheel... and the passenger side.both have maybe 1000kms on them... don't want to depress you or maybe you'll get a better coat than mine.. but the paint on mime was thin.. and I got it from the same seller.

dude, just a heads up if they are color matching, add a coat of clear, they don't. Mine started losing paint after 2 weeks of use and that's when I realized there wasn't a clear coat... mine are all plast idipped now....

does anyone know if there is a specific air oil separator for our cars. like one that comes with actual instructions for our model... I'm assuming not, cause I can't find any I looked at crawford, grimmspeed and IAG... they say they fit our cars yet no instructions.

I've come to believe its hit or miss with hawk... especially with brembos.

I think that is likely incorrect. The 5th Gen GT does not share the same turbo inlet at the 2015+ WRX. You might be able to get it to work but there are differences. For example, the Grimmspeed EBCS for the 2015+ WRX doesn't fit our inlet, so there are some differences.
Just comparing the diagram from the Subaru site to the photo on the Perrin site indicates differences.
I thought the only reason the ebcs from a 2015+wrx didn't fit was because It doesn't have the same mounting point, but everything else is supposed to be plug and play, now this is what I've been told/have read, I did buy one, on other peoples recommendation, but if someone has one installed they would be better suited to answer.
you may be absolutely right about the inlet not working, but to my knowlegde the 2015+ ebcs does work.

if you wanna use it .. go for it.. I could get into the differences and the reasons why a butyl based deadner is made for cars, but I won't because i'm sure you can google, and it been stated before in here. However if you wanna try it... Just dooo it.
Maybe another thing to consider would be how hard would it be to take off if it fails?

I don't want to be a jerk, but that tape has 0 sound deadening qualities.

That stuff off-gasses an asphalt smell. Typically sound deadening material specifically for auto use does not, as it's designed specifically for auto use.
don't do it.... Gteaser is dead on, even after months of drying, if it gets hot enough it'll start to smell again. Also.. from someone who has done it before... it leaks, it stays sort of pliable so if you put it on the top of the inside of your trunk it has good potential to leak.

where do i jack, when im installing the engine mount? turbo oil pan? headers?

hardware wise ot looks like all i'll need is the regulator and a V-fitting.Think of it this way a parallel fuel system will equalize the pressure across all the injectors verse the factory, the ECU if I remember right, has to correct that pressure difference. Parallel is basically equalizing the fuel pressure all across.I know car would need some adjustments with the ECU fuel tables from a tuner if you decide to do that. Bring it up and see how they feel about it

Not sure I understand.
sorry.. I mis read that.. I'm not sure, will the iag fuel lines allow me to do it? or are other pieces I need? I'll be bringing it to a shop to install so I was just going to have them install parallel... don't think I'll need it yet, but may as well do it now.

does that look right? with 1000cc injectors?
if i'm going to be installing these, what would you guys suggest at the same time? Basically if I'm going to pay someone to go that deep, what else should I be thinking of? Headgasket?

Got my hard race engine mount in.... is this a "jack the front of the engine up a little via ?oil pan? to ease off the weight and swap?... or do I have to actually support the engine from the top(like service manual)

Talk to me about water/meth injection... Anyone running it?.. I'm looking into vs e85, which is not readily available, also it's winter (0 below) for about 6 months.

I sent xrt a message on facebook and didn't get a reply. I am waiting till monday then ill either call or email.
wrapped my dp/j-pipe last night. Yup ran out of black so finished in white, had a roll of each color...
