If you were tuned you wouldn't have that issue
-
Blue 08-09 2.5i with a lot of plastidipped accents (wheels grill), blacked out headlights, red calipers. Parked next to you for a bit when I ran into the Auburn Home Depot around noon time today.

No, that's the one with the plate that says TUNED lol. One next to that. Has a Perrin TMIC, AMR CX500.
The one with the TUNED plate his name is Ryan IIRC. He's on here somewhere.
-
really?
Yup, not the one with the "tuned" license plate the other one.
Talked to him when we tuned it. Knew it looked familiar.
-
The second blue one is Robitrice's old shell.
-
I'm interested to see how this turns out, though I'm not a TMIC fan. Should turn out great like the rest of GrimmSpeed's line.

You can easily watch it leak on a dyno. The curve typically dips down then goes back up. To demonstrate, this is a stage2 car look what I'm talking about is shown around 4000-4400rpm. With a properly set up BPV that dip would not be there.
Before and after is just tune only, so you can ignore that if you'd like. He added a Forge BPV down the road, good thing is a re-tune is normally not necessary.
-
you will hear stories of "i am holding 22psi" but... You need to ask yourself about the validity of this claim and the source. Are they actually verifying the bpv? Or are they seeing that they make 22psi max boost. Because making 22psi max boost does not mean the bpv is holding. It means your turbo might be capable of overcoming the leak. We have seen this many, many, many times before. Customer is unaware that they are actually working the turbo harder to overcome the leak. If going over stage2, i recommend a bpv. Does not have to be fancy. But something intended to hold the pressure (not the cheapo, plastic, made to hold 14psi oem one).

Saw a white 08-09 GT, you were on 95s while I was northbound. Looked like it was lowered and had wheels at the least. Somewhere in NH around noon time yesterday.

Turbo Mike from CT?

You still don't get it. He's not talking crap because he's an internet troll or whatever description you're trying to imply. He's giving a 5th gen owner a hard time because it's a running joke. Some people find the 5th gen Legacy to be too big (and thus, swear by the 4th gens). This turns into cracks about "fitting on roads" and "causing sinkholes" which are clearly over exaggerations.
It was all in good fun until you took a dig for a 5th gen driver as an insult to the state you live in and flew off the handle.
Hell the earths axis tilted when there were 3 of you at the tune day
