  1. I am contacting you right now. I understand everyone is pissed and rightfully so. I am working.....as in working full time to recoup everyones money. I talked to Hassa about this a few days ago. I have lights sitting here that I do not have time to finish. I am extremely sorry to everyone involved and hate how this has happened. I will work day and night to get everyone their money back until the last cent is paid.

  2. Everyone here is justified in their complaints. I purchased lights, parts etc and can not complete the orders. This is all my fault and I understand that. I am working to get everyone their full amount refunded. If yo are outside of the claims window I will still refund your money. If you feel the need to file a claim do so. I understand. I am not going to screw anyone over or keep your money. I take full responsibility for what has transpired. I am working on solutions for each order.

  3. Hey Scott, My order was on April 16th. Based on what you said on an earlier post all orders will be fulfilled that were made before April 29th, my payment of $850 has cleared into your account and I've emailed you several times with no response. Where are we at with my order?

  4. Just so everyone is aware of what is going on. When I moved back home to WA i switched carriers and opened up my UPS account. The local store that I ship through hired on a few new folks that continued to mess up my shipments. This in turn with my full school schedule caused me to get behind on a few sets. I fully admit fault with the folks who ordered from me and I have done everything in my power to fix the misteps that were made. Non of it was intentional and in most cases I was unaware. This was the fault of me trying to juggle school full time and the lights. I have worked out a better system for tracking, shipping and organizing all orders. Please rest assured the delays that have been experienced over the last two months will not occur again.
  5. In addition I am not sure if this only effects me or it is site wide but PMs seem to get eaten. I know that I have had this issue for awhile now. I will post my personal email on the front page so that I can be contacted that way. I am always willing to give out my number once an order is placed but wont post it on the internet for all to see. I hope this will help with any issues regarding missed communication.
