  1. Continuing to get people money and lights. It has been a process but I am working to set things right.
  2. As I stated I will be paying back all parties. Looking at a personal loan option to do so. Hoping to have everyone reimbursed bt Tuesday at the latest.
  3. I am contacting you right now. I understand everyone is pissed and rightfully so. I am working.....as in working full time to recoup everyones money. I talked to Hassa about this a few days ago. I have lights sitting here that I do not have time to finish. I am extremely sorry to everyone involved and hate how this has happened. I will work day and night to get everyone their money back until the last cent is paid. TinyTy, emailing.
  4. Everyone here is justified in their complaints. I purchased lights, parts etc and can not complete the orders. This is all my fault and I understand that. I am working to get everyone their full amount refunded. If yo are outside of the claims window I will still refund your money. If you feel the need to file a claim do so. I understand. I am not going to screw anyone over or keep your money. I take full responsibility for what has transpired. I am working on solutions for each order. Thanks for the understanding.
  5. I am currently working to refund all of the orders that have not been either shipped or built. I was trying my best to get caught up with work but I am unable to do so. This was never my intention and I apologize indefinitely. Scott

  7. We have spoken and I am in search of a set for him by we I was referri g to keeping him informed and for his approval on any set purchased. All is on track.

  11. Responded. I am down in Oregon for Army Reserve training from 4/10-15 please allow for a little bit slower response time. All current pms answered.
  12. Carlos, I have now switched carriers to FEDEX to solve the issues. UPS has failed me one too many times.
  13. Just so everyone is aware of what is going on. When I moved back home to WA i switched carriers and opened up my UPS account. The local store that I ship through hired on a few new folks that continued to mess up my shipments. This in turn with my full school schedule caused me to get behind on a few sets. I fully admit fault with the folks who ordered from me and I have done everything in my power to fix the misteps that were made. Non of it was intentional and in most cases I was unaware. This was the fault of me trying to juggle school full time and the lights. I have worked out a better system for tracking, shipping and organizing all orders. Please rest assured the delays that have been experienced over the last two months will not occur again.

  15. In addition I am not sure if this only effects me or it is site wide but PMs seem to get eaten. I know that I have had this issue for awhile now. I will post my personal email on the front page so that I can be contacted that way. I am always willing to give out my number once an order is placed but wont post it on the internet for all to see. I hope this will help with any issues regarding missed communication.
  16. All PMs are replied to. There have been some delays due to back ordered items and issues with the company I buy all of my aftermarket OE replacement lights. I will soon have sets on hand in order to alleviate any delays. Thanks for the patience during this time.

  18. Just a move based on some life changes. I will be permanent in WA......for the foreseeable future!
  19. Honestly just getting settled back in. Life has been pretty hectic with the move. Shop is finally set up and operating 100%. Thanks for asking! Eric! Nice work man, car looks killer! Thanks for the picture!
