i cant really answer your question but maybe you could answer a few of mine... why? just for dccd? if thats the case it would be cheaper to just swap center diff and find a dccd. almost the same tranny...

its too the point no matter how i stroke the clutch its doing it... all assumed puns intended

driving today, ive narrowed it down to the clicking/popping in 1st and 2nd predominately but on occasion i get it going into 3rd too. but 99.9% never get it in any higher gears. could it be the torque from the lower gears shifting the trans/diffs and the mounts are making the noise? my fear is that if i dont address this soon im going to drop the trans completely

im guessing its one of two things A) TOB unseating and reseating, or 2) mounts either breaking down or loosening up from having an almost full poly-u suspension. im keeping hope alive its the latter. anyone else experience this "clicking/popping" noise?

thats kind of what it sounds like but wouldnt check it out since intercooler was off, couldnt test under load. its like the TOB is unseating then popping back into place... i dunno, PITA if you ask me. pay to play

since doing my swap everything has been copacetic, except recently ive been getting intermittent popping coming from the clutch when shifting low gears. its only audible when my window is down. looked inside by the shift fork with a snake cam and nothing odd was visible. any suggestions before we pull the transmission? to add more detail, from a dead stop in first gear start going (pop), get on it a little more in first (pop again), shift into 2nd (pop), get on it a little more (pop), through the rest of the gears, nothing.

I got it off a member on here that sadly totalled his car and parted out. Nasioc has sti trannys up pretty often

how costly/involved (approx) would it be to retrofit dccd on a spec tranny?

if im aware and watching the MPGs im ok (on the highway) and can keep it in the mid 20's but im still learning this clutch so i think that may cause it to drop during city driving. right now im averaging 20 after my fill up. before i was at 18

just did my spec b swap and immediately noticed my MPGs drop significantly. would a retune fix this or are 6MTs just worse on gas? or do i just suck at driving?
