  1. Sours are my go-to, I would rather drink a sour than an IPA 10 out of 10 times.

get your ass up to hill farmstead if you want amazing sours. trillium near you does decent ones most of the time too acidic. Their daily serving fruited sours are really good not a true sour but tasty

  2. I spent last year on a 'no hop tear', trying to distance myself from hops. I drank mostly stouts, lagers, and pilsners. Which are tougher to find than ipa's. But recently, my palette switched back to the hoppy side, so im back into the ales.

I am a big fan of sours, pils, lagers and stouts time to time. I will drink a pale ale but im sick of the IPA's

  3. I got some of that Alchemist and Tree House beer in the fridge just saying

i have neither on those in my fridge. havent been to tree house in 6+ months. I am pretty sick of ipa's these days. I still drink them from time to time but they are just too much with the hops these days. All they do is try to cram as many hops as they can into beers and when thats not enough hey lets add lactose and fruit puree. no thanks

  4. And where do suppose the majority of your hops come from

    Alex,

    What is Yakima?

    Alex: Correct.

    BBV:

I'll take Hop facts for $200

Alex: What percentage of the entire world's hop supply comes from Yakima?

    BBV: What is 25% ?

    Alex: correct you are again

Oregon and Idaho are also some of the biggest Hop suppliers in the country.

never heard of Yakima but ok. east coast beer is still better ;)

    thanks alex
