West coast IPAs are the superior IPA anyway, our fresh hops are incredible. NE should stick to Lobster and let the real professionals brew IPAs

eh i dont know ive had several west coast ipa's and they seem to have been more malt forward which I am not a huge fan of. I am pretty sick of IPA's but when places like electric, monkish and other big places out there brew new england style ipas it makes you think what is better/more popular.

i dont like chewing on my beer so anything beyond a single ipa i dont enjoy much anymore.

I still got one or two in my freezer.

I thought hipsters embraced PBRs...we used to drink that crap 30 years ago, refillable 16oz brown glass. The bottles were so 'reused' that often the glass would break/chip under the cap...good thing glass sinks!

CT is a bit cooler today than yesterday. 91 is the high so far in CT for today. Yesterday was a bit cooler, and felt more humid. Tmrw will stay hot but the humidity drops.

 

IF this goes the minimum of 4 days as expected, this will be our 4th heat wave of the summer.

thermostat in the office for outside currently says it is 98 outside, feels hotterer
