  1. Found mine for $50 I was happy with that Cant wait to get the 16g up and running
  2. You can check car-part.com, lot of yards are on there
  3. So that is a yes? I don't care about the rotating assembly, just the housing needs to be in tact, have all the normal hardware like oil return line. It is to send to BNR for a core so I can get an EVO16G
  4. I try... Got a VF40 core for me so I can go stage 3?
  5. thanks. the wheels? no they are powder coated only a few chips here and there. the finish isnt that great but they are winters...i will probably re-coat them down the road.
  6. I run gorilla tuner lugs, I think they are anodized black. They were what Summit had in stock (local for me) http://i868.photobucket.com/albums/ab242/berkshire40/Misc/P1000321.jpg
  7. i just put on this plate and im loving it. ill take a pic soon
  8. forced4s they had a car show today at bestbuy in macedonia. i went but could only stay like 15 mins
  9. they are in the garage ready to go on! need more room in there the wheels cant go back on with the new calipers so they gotta go. i actually think im done for a while and maybe save up for good coilovers.
  10. yeah its about time to take some good pictures. i need my touch up paint for the brembos, they got a little beat up because of negligent packaging. also i suck at taking pictures the car looks like it really needs to be dropped more in photos, but its weird cuz in person i think it looks fine. maybe its b/c im so tall lol link to said crappy pics oh im also waiting on 3 center caps that were missing
  11. yeah it was either a re-painted specb or a mis-badged 2.5i or LGT. not that it REALLY makes a difference for the record they only came in gray or silver until 2009 when they offered black, white, and ruby red.
  12. i saw a specb at sunoco yesterday. i think it was an 07. probably the first time ive ever seen one in the wild. that is all
  13. music.to.kill.yourself.by did you do your suspension stuff this weekend? i finally got my garage cleaned out yesterday so tonight i installed the whiteline RSB, avo reinforcements, and energy suspension bushing/bracket kit. the only snags i had were that the bolts for the bracket mounts were just BARELY long enough to get started because of the beefy reinforcement and bracket. i was able to get the tops on with washers and use a vice grip to pin down the bottom and screw it down. also i forgot to grease them so i had to take the cans back off which isnt a big deal with the magnaflow slip joints. after i greased them and put them back on i realized one of the grease nipples was still in the end of my gun lol. i will have to take the one can off and try and screw it back in. i wasnt able to get a good test ride in it was a freaking monsoon out there... anyways let me know id be down for taking off my LCAs and going over to Storms shop to press them if it worked out for you...
  14. ^ im having second thoughts about the DIY lip, and grille for that matter. grillecraft is about to release their finished product i think so it might be worth waiting to see. im trying to get my hands on a spare grille anyhow...
  15. You don't say! Today I came across a set of Brembos off an '04 STi for pretty cheap. They have been rattle canned black (I know right) so I would be looking to blast and powder coat them, rebuild and install. I have to do some more homework on this though, I know they make brackets for the rear but the parking brake was an issue. I probably also need to find someone to do the powder coating although my bro and I have done some in the past he still may have the machine and oven for it. I think I'm getting ahead of myself here but I feel like my car deserves brembos, lol.
  16. are you planning on doing the bottom of the bumper around the exhausts? on your car it is already matte black but i was wondering if it was too hot around the exhaust if it would melt..
  17. You all should come to the LERSOC meet, its right in parma! please, lol...i basically never see legacies around here
  18. ^ thanks. i am only going to a 20mm bar, keeping the stock end links
  19. wow this thread goes from nothing to busy in no time! one bad bg: that sucks, i hope they pay you well. i do not work in broadview, my car has the factory spec.b 18"s but i do run black bbs wheels in the winter. currently i work near beachwood but not for long i live in on the border of independence and seven hills though so my car is around that area a decent amount. TSi+WRX: that is a very good point, i never thought of that. maybe it makes more sense to do the lip on the car. when you did yours did it require a lot of drilling into the bumper? I have the AVO brackets as well, but not the U brackets I'll check those out. music.to.kill.yourself.by: thanks! yeah if you do get access to a press let me know i would appreciate it. ive been searching for someone to help me out with these heh. i do agree the suspension is more than adequate from the factory. from my research replacing the RSB and LCA bushings is the cheapest way to a tight suspension...a good balance between better-than-factory specs without going overboard. also the whiteline kit will give me more caster adjustment when aligning. i probably spent <$300 on all my suspension parts, they were on sale from FPB
  20. i was planning on taking the bumper off for it though, i figured it would be easier with it off? i gotta take it off to swap grilles anyhow, i should have a spare grille on the way soon so i can mod it beforehand. i also am considering baking the headlights when i have the bumper off to remove the amber on top of that i need to install a whiteline rear sway which will be a piece of cake i also have lower control arm bushings that need to be installed too so maybe we can find someone to do both of ours?? are you upgrading or replacing oem? i have a whiteline kit that i am pressing in. i also plan on painting my calipers at some point, lol i hope it cools down soon
  21. help me put on DIY lip and i will forgive you
