    what cleaner should be used to remove dried rtv silicone from the headlight lense?

    i needed new headlights and purchased these after reading your thread. i blacked them out, just waiting to put on the car after some bumper work is done. they look so much better then the stock lights.

    "auto" meaning that i would need to unplug the mp3/ipod to use the radio/cd changer?

    has anyone installed this unit without the on/off/auto toggle switch? the only purpose of this switch is to switch off the unit if i would want to listen to the radio/cd without actually unplugging the unit, right?

    what about you? how are the hid's?

    the headlights are weak, but you should notice something over the DRL. if not, check and make sure the headlights are aimed correctly. you can always go hid.
