  1. Nice! Do you have a side profile pic? You've come a long way. I remember you from sl-i.net when you were asking about suspension options to lower your car... if you don't mind me asking, how much did it cost you to paint the whole car? Did you have the door jambs and behind the side claddings painted as well?

680 after clear coat. I didnt have the door jams done, me and my friend are going to work on those and make them flat black.

    Thanks for the compliments!

The tape pulled off paint on a few places, getting that fixed for free on wed, they were really upset. But I was like hey shit happens, Im sooo happy about the paint!

  3. Talking about 3rd Gen face lift models, I believe you can't just do a headlight swap, you need the hood too. I wanted the E-tune II hood as it's aluminum but was told I'd need the face lift headlights units too because the lines are slightly different.

They fit perfectly, theres just a small gap between them. Barely noticeable.

  4. MR Lancaster, how do u like the ride of your suspension? How much different from stock is it? stiffness/body roll etc..

Its great, Im very pleased with it. Its very smooth, I go on a lot of trips, and its yet to dissapoint on long road trips. Its a lot tighter feeling. a lot less roll than what I had with the outback setup. From the bumper to the ground is about 5'' (Without the lip)

I'd suggest it to anyone looking for a nice affordable setup.

  5. You are very proud of your car, but we know what it looks like and 400 photos gets a bit old......now maybe if you slam it on some coils, and had a nice set of low off-set wheels it would be another story.

Its a picture thread....theres going to be pictures.

And just because its not slammed doesnt mean its not worth looking at. This one is actually one of my favourites....a car doesnt have to be slammed on coilovers

  6. does the sti lip fit easier?

It did nice for me, never tried the Integra lip because of the fog lights, dont think it would line up right.

why not use the integra lips?

So you r saying you did an sti lip? what year? and any modifying needed? As I've read most people make there own...

Yeah, 04 sti Lip. Had to cut out the center piece and trim the sides, used this industrial black foam for the center so theres no gap. Not noticeable at all. Even up close it doesnt even look like I cut it.
