  1. I just read through this thread and now I'm interested to know if you solved the mystery.
  2. My car exhibited these symptoms when I was on a stock tune, and since moving to a tune using a different ECU revision I don't get the codes anymore. However the misfires can still be felt at idle. Hopefully going to solve this while I simultaneously attempt to resolve the A/C clutch not engaging when the engine is warm. (that problem sucks a lot more at the moment!) My wagon is at 113K miles and 60K of them at stage 2, original turbo. So at least it has that going for it.
  3. Spotted a silver LGT wagon in Charlestown with NY plates today.
  4. Spotted a 4th gen silver LGT wagon (my clone) that pulled into MIT Lincoln Lab. Hi neighbor.
  5. This morning spotted a fellow lgt wagon owner on Wood St in Lexington. I've seen you a few other times as well. Very nice and clean GRP wagon!
  6. Chatted with an OBXT owner at Panera Bread in Lexington this morning and had a nice chat about the "unicorn" wagons. Yep, there's a little collection of them in our area it seems, but even then we don't run into each other all that often.
  7. Hauled a couch the other day. I was too lazy to remove the rear seat bottom to allow the backs to lie more flat or I probably could have swallowed the whole thing.
  8. I drove along fresh pond parkway with a black LGT wagon 5 speed yesterday morning. Nice to talk to you at the stop light and see another rare bird on the road in good condition!
  9. Drove along with a dgm 2007+ Spec B from Foxboro, MA all the way to rte 4 in RI. Looked like you have an aftermarket exhaust and wheels? Good clean ride.
  10. Saw a white LGT sedan with tint and HIDs early this morning on my drive down rte 2 towards Arlington. Clean car.
  11. Oh hello -- yeah, that was me. Guess it takes a trip to Framingham to get spotted
  12. Spotted a silver 4th gen yesterday morning on Clarendon st in Copley Square. I was behind you, waved and flashed my lights.
  13. I think we're getting lazy. I see legacies downtown quite a bit, and always a few in the Alewife garage. Not sure if those owners are on the forums though.
  14. Spotted the blue '05 LGT wagon with fish sticker on the back at the Bedford St Walgreens in Lexington tonight.
  15. Was at Metrowest Subaru getting some parts when I spotted... a fellow silver 5 speed LGT wagon. That doesn't happen often. Waved as you were leaving the lot.
  16. Well, I just finally saw the VBG for myself. I have been subscribed to this thread for over a year. Such an interesting project and I'm positive I will get one of these as soon as you have more of them made. It has been said before, but what a high quality piece of work, lossol.
  17. Possibly. It just said 2.5GT, to which I thought "why would you switch those badges?" Did the 2006 model have the regular 2.5GT badge in the back?
  18. Spotted a silver LGT sedan with Spec B seats (but no Spec B badge) on rte 2 yesterday heading towards Boston.
  19. Thanks. I've taken hours of datalogs and never saw that condition, so it was just interesting to note such a change.
  20. I'm wondering how common it is to get spurious knock at cruise. I think there couldn't possibly be a way this is real knock in the attached log, but I'd love to hear what others may see in this. It's knocking at around 4200 rpm at .6 load with the knock sum going from 15 to over 25 in just a few seconds. I don't normally see it increase very much at all (see full version of this file in second attachment). Think it's easy to write off as a false positive? romraiderlog_20111002_185516_knock.csv romraiderlog_20111002_185516.csv
  21. Wait... what just happened? Back OT a little bit... whose Atlantic Blue LGT wagon do I keep spotting in Waltham and Lexington, by the way? I don't hate my car yet because I still have more things to break before the end of the year.
  22. Update: compression was good, replaced spark plugs. Pulls well, seems to be OK but still logging a few counts of cyl #4 roughness. Not enough to pull the CEL though. Still haven't swapped injectors so that is probably the next order of business.
  23. I'm not sure what the threshold is for the CEL to trip, but you can have lots of misfires without it actually lighting up. I'm learning a lot from my datalogs. Also noticing a little knock under load, and this is with the stock map. Hmmm.... Going in tomorrow to get everything checked out. If all is well (like a bad injector) then time to finally swap that uppipe. Here's hoping.
  24. Subscribed. Got my first P0304 CEL yesterday. I'm going to start logging cylinder roughness. At just over 60K miles, I have to change the plugs anyway. Perfect time for a compression test.
